Cops can get a bad rap sometimes but this policeman really did his profession a service when he helped out a new mother stranded in the cold. His supervisor saw body-cam footage of it during a random audit, and posted it online yesterday.
The woman was holding a bunch of balloons, because she was out getting supplies for her one-year-old daughter's first birthday party.
So without hesitating, the policeman named Nick handed his credit card to another officer . . . and asked him to go buy a CAKE.
