Companies are trying to go eco friendly these days and Appleskin is one of those companies. They're making shoes made from apples! It sounds impossible but then again we do have 3D printers making "meat" and roads in California being made out of plastic water bottles in 2020. These shoes are produced by repurposing leftover apple waste from the juice industry in Bolzano, northern Italy. But I want to know, who was the first guy to say, "you know what we should do with this apple core ... make it into a shoe!" The Italians, innovators once again!
