Record Store Day is set to share a number of new releases from the likes of David Bowie, Elton John and The Cure this year. However it's all going to feel a little different as the event will now take place over three days, not the usual one day.
You probably have whiplash from the amount of changes to the dates this year but this is what happened. The event was initially due to take place on Saturday, April 18 and initially postponed to June 20 due to the Coronavirus pandemic, but was then delayed once more and spread over three separate days to accommodate social distancing measures.
I personally love the idea of having the event spread out over a few days that way there are no big crowds and everyone has a chance to make it to the occasion. What do you think?
