Slow and steady wins the race ... sometimes. A turtle has had a narrow escape after having been chomped on by the jaws of a decent sized tiger shark.
Two men were fishing in the Bahamas when they were able to record a video showing a shark trying to eat a sea turtle. It becomes heartbreaking when the turtle, while partially in the jaws of the shark, sees the men on the boat and attempts to climb onboard to safety.
The two men were able to get the turtle on board to safety. They then released the turtle back into the ocean.
