My father, Tony and my sister, Sofia check-in and try to teach us all how to make Italian Almond Cookies.
My Dad is full-blood Italian, both of his parents were from an area in the south of Italy called Naples, they came to Australia as adults. He was born in Australia, so we have a nice mix of both cultures in our family. I'm hoping to rope him in to teach us all kinds of recipes, he's quite the cook!

Despite the sound lag (according to Reddit was because of my air pods) and also the visual glitches, (for reasons I do not know) we still managed to get the little beauties in the oven. Next week we will learn how to make an Italian pasta sauce from scratch.
