Ever since I was a kid, my parents and I would catch up at the end of the day by sitting with each other and eating some snacks together as the sunsets on our balcony. It was how we could connect at the end of a crazy day and pan the rest of our week. My dad would put some fruit, cheese and crackers on a plate, sometimes even some cured meats and we would enjoy each others company and not being angry before dinner. Nowadays, I love to create these to entertain at home, especially with the way the world has been of late. In fact, a charcuterie board is the easiest way to feel booshy at home. I found this great video on how to make your board look like it came straight out of a tapas restaurant.
So my friend, Miranda and I decided to give it a go. Check it out.
My friend and I watched movie and enjoyed this as our dinner for a girls night in and it was spectacular. And yes, we did go to the gym for an hour the next day to work off all the cheese! It was absolutely worth every bite.
