It's no secret that I'm obsessed with Dax Sheppard's Armchair expert podcast, and have been since its inception.
However, I'm also a BIG fan of bathing every day. I will take a shower every night before bed and often in the morning before work so I'm fresh as a daisy before passing workmates in the hall.
So, to my surprise, I recently found out that Dax Sheppard and Kristen Bell, don't really bathe their kids a whole lot ... unless of course, they're on vacation in their RV and as a result are stuck in close proximity to them.
How often do you bathe yourself and your kids? According to this video, every couple of days is "fine" ... eeek!
Will you be changing your bathing habits now? I don't think I will.
