This place is a 16-hour drive north of where I used to live in Queensland, Australia.
I swear my house would never have been in a situation like this and I certainly wouldn't have been so calmly filming the snake soap opera.
I did, however, get chased down my hallway when I was 16 by a green tree snake. They're not super venomous or anything but he was certainly curious of me. I was NOT curious about him. I locked myself in my parent's room and called the neighbour. He is an older, true blue, Aussie gentleman who goes by the name of John Rose and he came over and picked the snake up with his bare hands and put it in a box to release into his own back yard.
He is a one of a kind man. I can't do snakes.
