"There's an app for that!" seems to be a sentence we can say about almost anything these days.
And now we can use that same sentence for our license plates! Yes, the ones on your vehicle.
Floridians will soon potentially be able to turn on digital license plates.
The plates apparently will have to be linked to the internet so they could be used for electronic tolling and broadcasting emergency alerts.
This new technology is expected to bring large-scale efficiency and savings to the over 17 million registered vehicles in our state.
I think this is epic, not having to wait for your registration sticker in the mail and then fight with it, trying to stick it over the old one ... because we are lazy ... sounds so good.
