Calling all bookworms—if you love reading, then you're in luck as one company will now pay you $200 for every novel you can finish. The company is called WordsRated and they will in fact pay you but like all things, there is a catch. Readers are asked to log details such as the number of male characters vs. the number of female characters, the number of sentences given to each, and locations and animals featured in the book. Yeah, you kinda have to work for your money. But if you're reading anyway way and have the time, why not make some cash on the side?!
What do they want this info for? WordsRated explained: "We will use this data to create unique, data-driven studies and statistics about books."
And they summarized the job, saying: "We give you books. You read them. We give you cold, hard cash.
