Man! Housing, fuel and food costs, have been sky-rocketing lately and the YMCA of South Florida has realised this so they're doing something to help.
The YMCA has opened a new food pantry in Allapattah named “La Bodega." It's at 2370 NW 17 Avenue, in the Village of Allapattah YMCA.
Food distributions for residents are scheduled from 2 to 5 p.m. on weekdays. They are also offering healthy food education, healthy cooking demonstrations, food home deliveries, dietician services, a community refrigerator with access to prepared food at all hours and access to the YMCA Health Navigation Program
