The King of Tape again made sure his Miami Swim Week show, was one that stuck with you long after you went home. Pun intended ... because the local designer Joel Alvarez sent models down the runway in “swimsuits” made of just tape. Yes, they were skimpy and yes, he was "dressing" them as they came down the catwalk.
