This man was on the upper deck eating an oatmeal snack and heard a noise below him.
When he looked over the railing there was a black bear walking on the railing of the deck below me. He quickly got my phone out to video the bear. She looked up at him and snorted, probably smelled his snack, and then started to climb the pole to the upper deck.
Very quickly, out of panic he ran into the house and closed the door behind him. When he turned around the bear was up on the deck where he had been standing. It happened so quickly that he was basically speechless.
