The Double Big Mac is BACK!
On January 24, Mc Donald's will back the Double Big Mac, which has four beef patties instead of the usual two.
McDonald's used to sell the burger back in the day but phased it out of the menu. The chain brought the special back in March 2020, but the release got side tracked COVID-19. The pandemic forced the company to cut operating hours and reduce the menu, including the Double Big Mac.
Unlike the previous versions, this Double Big Mac, offers softer buns, a better sear and more sauce.
"We think we're going to be able to deliver a great tasting large burger at a superior value to what they can get anywhere else," said McDonald's CEO Chris Kempczinski.
