Two legends come together once again, as Tony Iommi reissues two of his albums with Glenn Hughes!
The 1996 Dep Sessions and Fused, are getting a re-release in October, and will only be available on vinyl, till then you can hear the single "Dopamine" on the iHeartRadio App and watch the new video above!
A few months ago Tony gave fans a new song with "Deified", that came with a new perfume with Xerjoff Group, which was part of the release and promotion.
This was the second venture with Xerjoff after Monkey Special in 2021, which also came with a song "Scent of Dark,"
"I'm really excited about our new perfume and after the success of our last one [Monkey Special], I hope that you'll like Deified as much as I do," Iommi said in a statement. "We've gone through the same process of trying different samples of perfume over the last year until we came up with this one, and I really like it."
"Deified" comes with an animated video showing a child flipping through a history book, wreaking havoc when he tears a page.
"A friend of mine gave me this little booklet on poetry, which was palindromic poetry," he explained. "And I said, 'Well, that's just crazy.' So I just kind of found a few words which could be connected mainly with Tony’s lifestyle and artistic career, and he really immediately liked 'Deified.'"
