SARASOTA -- The Florida Highway Patrol has wrapped up a two-month investigation into a deadly crash on I-75 with the arrest of a Lakeland woman on DUI charges.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, 34-year-old Tashae Carter of Lakeland faces four counts of DUI manslaughter and two counts of property damage.
Four men were killed the evening of July 15th as they were trying to change a flat tire on the left shoulder of southbound I-75. Three other men outside the pickup were not hurt.
