A teen is facing charges after allegedly firing a gun at a County Fair in South Florida on Wednesday.
Caleb Hamm, of North Fort Myers, was arrested after two workers at the Collier Fair reported he pointed a gun at them before firing the weapon.
According to police, an employee told deputies he spotted Hamm arguing with a woman and went over to make sure everything was okay.
The worker claims the 18-year-old pulled a gun out of his backpack, pointed it at him, and said “you better tell your boss to watch it!”
The worker told deputies Hamm fired the weapon as he was leaving.
A second employee reported an identical incident telling deputies Hamm approached him, pointed a gun at him, and said “you better tell your boss to watch out!” before firing the weapon as he was walking away.
Neither worker was injured in the shootings.
Deputies located Hamm, searched his backpack and uncovered a loaded gun before taking him into custody.
The 18-year-old admitted to pointing the gun at one of the men, but not the other.
Hamm is facing charges of aggravated assault with a deadly weapon without intent to kill and discharging a firearm in public.
He was taken to the Naples Jail Center.
