Collier County, FL - The Collier County Sheriff's Office is actively investigating an incident where a child reported a man masturbating while watching her walk to school.
The Collier County Sheriff's Office (CCSO) has launched an investigation following a disturbing incident reported by a child in Golden Gate on Tuesday morning.
The young girl disclosed that an unidentified man drove up to her in his vehicle and engaged in lewd behavior while observing her walk to school.
According to CCSO, the incident took place near the intersection of Tropicana Boulevard and 30th Place Southwest.
The man allegedly approached the girl in a sedan, with the windows rolled down, and commenced masturbating while fixated on her.
After a brief period, the man hastily departed in his sedan.
The victim clarified to CCSO detectives that the individual did not attempt to entice her into his vehicle, but rather carried out his indecent act without any further interaction.
In an effort to identify the suspect, authorities have released a composite sketch.
The individual is described as a white male, potentially in his early 20s, sporting blond hair and light blue eyes.
During Tuesday's incident, the suspect was seen wearing a gray T-shirt.
The vehicle driven by the suspect is described as a two-door sedan, displaying a combination of gray and silver colors, with a black top.
