Vero Beach, FL - A man is in police custody on charges of battery and burglary after assaulting his ex-girlfriend who taunted him about the size of his anatomy.
According to police, 30-year-old Rashad McGriff is accused of attacking the woman at her Vero Beach residence.
The victim told police that she sent McGriff a photo of someone else's genitalia and commented that he possessed a "little penis."
Law enforcement officials say McGriff arrived at the woman's home uninvited and proceeded to punch and choke her during the early hours of the morning.
The victim, who is the mother of McGriff's three children, claimed he entered the house without authorization.
McGriff was apprehended and booked into county jail with a bail set at $16,000.
A judge has ordered McGriff to have no contact with the victim, who reported to the police that she was fearful of McGriff's threats, which included the statement, "I'll kill you, bitch."
