A wrongful death suit filed against Walmart after the murder of a man shot six times while trying to help an employee being assaulted by another employee. Makia Ford says her baby, who was only four months old when this happened in May, will never get to know his father Thierry Bastien. The suit alleges the Walmart Supercenter in Lauderdale Lakes failed to provide adequate security to protect its employees and customers. The suspect, 22-year-old Tironie Sterling is charged with first-degree murder and armed robbery.
