Smoked Kingsfish dip
5# king fish filet
1 quart water
½ quart sugar
5 sheets nori
3 pounds soft cream cheese
4 oz roasted garlic
4 ozs lime juice
4ozs lemon juice
1 tabelspoon anchovy paste
2 each juliiene jalapeno, red and yellow peppers
2 each stalks celery, julienned
Salt
Naked Crab Cayene Sauce
Granulated onion
Granulated garlic
Black pepper
METHOD:
- In your smoker, smoke the fish at 200 degrees for 30 minutes
- Flake the fish and reserve in bowl
- Fold all the ingredients together.
- Season and serve..
