Chef Ralph Pagano's Recipe

1 lb chicken cutlet

2 beaten eggs 

Hand full of chopped fresh dill

2 tablespoons of gluten free flour

Salt + pepper


Mix all ingredients in bowl 

Form into patties

Cook in pan with olive oil 

Serve with Tzatziki
