As reported by Polygon, and pretty much the entire internet, The Lonely Island decided to shock fans all over on Thursday, May 23rd by releasing a brand new project, Beyonce style. Yes, that's right. A secret Lonely Island project.
The project lives on Netflix, and it's got one hell of a name: The Unauthorized Bash Brothers Experience. It tells the story of Joe Canseco and Mark McGwire's epic 1980s home run streak. But, of course, it's done in musical form. The list of guest stars for this surprising project includes some really great names: Haim, Maya Rudolph, Hannah Simone, Jenny Slate, Jim O'Heir, and Sterling K. Brown. Now that's quite the crew.
