A case of some pretty funny divine intervention was reported by CNN, as a German motorist was able to avoid a speeding ticket all thanks to a dove. While driving down Amerner Way in Viersen, Germany, the unidentified motorist was caught on camera in the local speed trap. However, nature decided that they weren't going to have to answer for that crime.
Literally at the exact moment that the camera took the photo, a white dove flew in front of the driver's face. Well, how exactly is this divine intervention you ask? Well in accordance with traffic laws, the authorities can't punish a driver without proper identification.
The local police posted on Facebook that the driver might have been saved by the "Holy Ghost," since the dove is usually associated with part of the Christian religion's holy trinity.
Birds work in mysterious ways.
