A new article from USA Today lists the worst beaches in America. Apparently, there's a decent amount to be avoided here in the U.S. If you want to find out which Florida beaches made the list, then have no fear! We've taken the liberty of providing you with that list here! It appears that North Florida and South Florida are both represented. If you're curious as to how this was determined, the article explains it like so: "The Environment America Research and Policy Center study looked at the number of days in 2018 that the water had bacteria counts exceeding Environmental Protection Agency standards, which can potentially sicken swimmers."
Let this serve as a reminder to take care of the beaches when you visit, and to do your part to reduce pollution!
