Actor Danny Trejo is pretty much universally known for being a total badass. He plays tough characters in violent, raunchy adult projects, and he's even played those same kinds of characters in kid projects. But now, he can add "real life hero" to his resume. As reported by CNN, an accident on Wednesday left a baby trapped in an overturned car, but Trejo saved the day.
Trejo, 75, witnessed the crash happen and jumped to help the trapped passengers, only to realize one was a baby strapped to a car seat. It turns out that the car seat was the difference maker. "The only thing that saved the little kid was his car seat," Trejo told a photographer.
Trejo also made sure to note the importance of these acts of kindness: "Everything good that has happened to me has happened as a direct result of helping someone else."
