2020 is going to bring the Super Bowl right here to South Florida, and people are really excited about it. As reported by 7 News Miami, the Miami Super Bowl Host Committee has begun the process of assembling its team of volunteers for the epic event.
Nearly 700 people came together on Saturday to apply and interview for volunteer positions. These volunteers will be placed at airports, hotels, and other locations throughout Super Bowl week. Elle Kehoe, Vice President of the Super Bowl Host Committee volunteer team, had this to say:
“There are many benefits in volunteering for the Super Bowl. First and foremost, this is a once in a lifetime opportunity. This is the hundredth season of the NFL and Miami’s 11th Superbowl, and you will meet people from around the world that will be coming for this large celebration.”
