We’ve been kicking this argument around on our show for the past few weeks: Which day of the week would you take off in addition to your normal weekend? Well, I’ve come to a determination that there’s really only one choice. While Heather would choose to have her hypothetical third day off be a Wednesday (don’t make fun of the insane), figuring it would break up the week, some would pick Friday as the add on, and I thought, “No way, you take Monday." And guess what? My hypothesis was right! I took Monday off, and on Sunday afternoon, while I was enjoying an adult beverage, that little voice wasn’t perched on my shoulder telling me to lay off because 4:00 am was coming. I enjoyed the games, had a late dinner, even hung out in the Keys, and took a leisurely ride home on a Monday afternoon, well rested and all for doing it any time anyone asks!
