- Ciampa, Lee, & Riddle vs. The OC: Ended In a No Contest
The major highlight this week was the emergence of The OC (AJ Styles, Luke Gallows, & Karl Anderson) on NXT. After the upstarts of the black & yellow brand invaded both Monday Night Raw and Friday Night Smackdown over the last week, the Styles led faction decided to fight back. It was interesting for a few reasons: First of all, it's the first MAJOR instance of "main roster" talent coming down to NXT to interact with the formerly developmental brand and roster. Also, it set up the storylines for Survivor Series in an even more interesting way, really emphasizing that faction warfare. And lastly, it set up a possible alliance between AJ Styles & Finn Balor, both of whom led the Japanese stable, The Bullet Club (which The OC is an offshoot of). This is really exciting for fans that have been dying to see the four guys finally capitalize on that major potential. Check out a clip below:

The major story coming out of this episode is the fact that Cody declared something major for the future of his career: If he loses his upcoming match against Chris Jericho for the AEW World title, then he'll never challenge for the belt again. This is going to increase the drama for sure in what's already been an exciting feud. Check out that clip below:
