I originally figured I’d wait until all the hoopla died down with the grand opening festivities before I hit the new Guitar Hotel at the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel and Casino. But yeah, that didn't happen! I went over the weekend. I brought Chef Ralph Pagano, "The Worlds Largest Cuban" Ron Magill, the wives, and our pal Fudge. The plan was to meet at 6:45 for cocktails, grab dinner, hit The Comedy Club (actual name), and then give some money to the casino. Magill left from Kendall, and the rest of us from Boca Friday night...and because nobody knows how to drive in the rain, it took us an hour and a half or more to get there! It was worth the pain in the ass traffic, and I can’t wait to go back. If you were blindfolded and asked where we took you, you’d say Vegas. It’s glitzy, high end, and there’s something for everyone.
