The incident took place last year in Glendora, California. An unnamed woman decided that a Southern California Edison contract worker was just too suspicious for her to handle. The altercation started, according to Karen, because he asked her to move her car so he could park his work truck straight. Instead of doing that, she called up the police and asked them to come to Walmart and arrest the city worker for "looking illegal".
