Did you know there’s a cruise ship Sailing off the coast of Italy right now with over 4000 passengers on board? Me either! It’s the MSC Grandiosa, and it looks like they’re having a Grandiosa good time! (Pun alert).
They’ve created a floating NBA bubble of sorts, where passengers are tested moments before boarding, and subsequent times throughout the cruise (Hey kids let’s hit the midnight buffet, but first let’s get a nasal swab! ) they can’t leave the ship unless on an authorized excursion, hosted by a Covid free host (deal breaker for me, is there anything worse than following a tour guide around town holding one of those annoying flag?)
Masks are worn all over the ship (this would really impede my drinking time), and they have created some unique craft cocktails using the “essence of Purell”.

It will be interesting to see if they can keep ‘Rona off the ship, and if they can...are you ready to cruise again? I would go if they could guarantee one thing, that I would be the only one on board. Would that be a problem?
