Well, technically there’s a bunch of us, but who cares...my name is on the thing and I’m gonna ride that. It’s called TacoCraft and it’s on US1 in Victoria Park, in the heart of Ft. Lauderdale. 510 N Federal highway to be exact. Perhaps you’ve been the the S. Miami or Lauderdale by the Sea locations, both killer, and this one does not disappoint.
I have demanded a booth in the back...with a phone...a big red phone like the gangsters in movies have. They said they’d “get back to me”.
I demanded my face on the menu. They said no.
I was surprised they have given me a menu item...The Castronovo Quesadilla and it’s a home run.
My greatest years were spent fishing, diving, eating and drinking in the Yucatán Peninsula, so Mexico is in my blood. I hope you can stop in for a visit...or wait until we open in Plantation Walk this spring!
