Cocktail Of The Month: Papa's Pilar Mojito

  • 1.5 oz Papa's Pilar Blonde Rum
  • 8-10 fresh mint leaves
  • 1 oz simple syrup
  • 3 lime wedges
  • 2-4 oz club soda


Take 6 mint leaves and place them in the bottom of a Papa's Pilar pint glass or shaker. Add 1 lime wedge and gently muddle to release the oil and juices. Add simple syrup and 2 additional lime wedges. Gently muddle again. Do not strain. Add Papa's Pilar Blonde Rum and club soda (2-4 oz depending on your taste preference). Add ice and stir gently. Garnish with more mint and enjoy!
