Lot's of things to celebrate this month! Not only is it the 4th of July, but it's National Daiquiri Day on July 19th and Ernest Hemingway's Birthday on July 21st.
Try out these new recipes for your celebrations or just for fun!
Papa's ICEE
Ingredients:
- 2 oz Papa's Pilar Blonde Rum
- .5 oz Simple syrup
- 3 Raspberries
- 2 Blackberries
- 4 Blueberries
- Whipped Cream
Directions:
Muddle raspberries, blackberries and blueberries in a mixing tin. Add Papa's Pilar Blonde Rum and simple syrup. Shake well with ice and strain over fresh ice cubes in a Rocks Glass. Top with whipped cream. Garnish with fresh raspberries, blackberries and blueberries.
Hemingway Daiquiri
Ingredients:
- 1.5 oz Papa's Pilar® Blonde Rum
- .75 oz fresh Lime juice
- .5 oz fresh Grapefruit juice
- 1 tsp Maraschino liqueur
- 1 tsp Sugar (Papa went without!)
Directions:
Combine all ingredients into a shaker. Shake & strain into a Coupe glass. Garnish with lime wheel.
