The Rum Also Rises
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Papa's Pilar® Sherry-Finished Rum
- 1.5 oz Strong Cold Brew Coffee
- 0.5 oz Foro Amaro
- 0.5 oz Demerara Syrup
- 3 dashes of Chocolate Bitters
- 3 dashes of Angostura Bitters
DIRECTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a shaker, shake & strain over ice in a Rocks glass or in a Coupe glass. Garnish with a smoked cinnamon stick or espresso beans.
TO SERVE WARM:
Substitute Cold Brew Coffee with 1.5 oz Fresh Hot Coffee.
