Cocktail of the Month: Coconut Mojito
INGREDIENTS
- 1.5 oz Papa’s Pilar® Dark Rum
- 1 oz Key Lime juice
- 1 oz Coconut Cream
- 6-7 Fresh Mint leaves
- Club soda
DIRECTIONS
Fill shaker with ingredients, shake and pour into a tall glass. Top with Club soda and garnish with a Lime wedge and Mint sprig.
