Big Grilled Leg of Lamb

  • 3 pound boneless leg of lamb, butterflied.
  • 8 oz olive oil
  • 6 oz sherry vinegar 
  • 4 tablespoon chopped Rosemary 
  • 2 tablespoon chopped garlic 
  • Salt 
  • Black pepper

Blend marinade ingredients, pour over lamb and let marinate for 2 hours.

  • Red pepper
  • Green pepper
  • Cucumbers 
  • Mint 
  • Dill
  • Olive oil
  • Red wine vinegar
