Paul McCartney dropped "Come Inside", as his new album “The Boys of Dungeon Lane” is out now. The new single comes with a video as the song sees Paul tap into his early 80's post Wings era.
It wasn't a Beatles reunion, and it wasn't even the first time that the two have worked together, but its always cool to see Fab Four members get together, as Paul called on Ringo Starr, for the single “Home to Us,”! The song is the pair’s first-ever duet, and features Chrissie Hynde and is the only track that includes a guest drummer.
“In writing the song I’m talking about where we came from. In common with a lot of people, you come from nothing and you build yourself up,” McCartney said. “Ringo was from the Dingle, and that was well hard. He said he used to get mugged coming home, because he worked. Even though it was crazy, it was home to us.”
Paul McCartney announced “The Boys of Dungeon Lane”, with the lead single “Days We Left Behind”. The song came with a new video on YouTube,
"This is very much a memory song for me." said McCartney. "I do often wonder if I'm just writing about the past but then I think how can you write about anything else?"
